New Location

I am very excited to announce that DHP Home Delivery is now moved into our new location. For the past nine months we've been constructing a new warehouse and customer service facility that will allow us to better serve our customers. Our new facility is still located in Albertville, Alabama. We have increased our warehouse space which gives us the ability for larger inventory capacity and our customer service center is substanitally larger. Both improvements will enable us to better serve our customers needs. Along with the increased space and improved ergonomics, we have upgraded our internet and telephone capacity and speed. This will enable us to receive and process orders with greater speed and efficiency. This time last year is when I began making plans for a new location. I chose to locate within the Albertville Industrial Park. This puts us closer to the main thoroughfare and will improve our shipping and receiving operations. Our new mailing address is PO Box 1127 Albertville, Ala. and our phone number is still the same. Our invoices will reflect the new change of address. Although we have moved into a new and improved location with new technology, you'll still find we're the same company and people you've been dealing with for the past several years. When you call, you'll still get a "live" person. When you order online, you'll still get a notification. When you send us an email or letter, you'll still get a quick response....and this will always be the case.
